Interesting looking at the "blueprint" team for promotion from L1 to t 11:56 - Apr 17 with 412 views

Leicester City: their squad when they won the Prem was quite "home grown" light, and had a few lower league and foreign players, but the majority of that squad (mostly signed when Leicester were a L1/Champ side too), were Academy "rejects" from the big 6, mostly Man Utd. Wouldn't be surprised if we go down a similar route...
