Nope - I've played games where you turn up and play with players you don't know. Takes about five, ten minutes to work out what they are good at, what they are going to do, how they like to play. You talk to each other. Our players are a couple of leagues above Cheltenham in quality so even if they have never played together before should be able to beat Cheltenham.
