If you look towards the bottom of the page : it shows the area of possession by each player and the hot spots of where we do most if our passing .
Most of our passing is in our half, across the half way line and burn down the right side. Rarely are any of our strikers IN the opponents box .
Compare us to Cambridge who had a lot less possession % …. I’d suggest this replicated by us most games . This is what I refer to as tippy tappy football . Opponents let us have this . We are NO threat in these areas . This possession type of football whilst at tones easy on the eye , doesn’t win you games .
It isn’t working is it. So something has to change in my humble view. And whilst some appear to be questioning McK…. I’d be questioning the players . Why aren’t you taking the game to the opposition ? We did it gif a 5-10 period second half then stopped passing it to Edwards, ( our biggest threat because he committed their defenders) why??
