I think within our squad we have a decent team 17:28 - Jul 27 with 956 views

but i’m unsure if it’s good enough for top 6 and i’m a bit worried about lack of incoming central defender’s experience ones at that.🪖

There was a thread asking where we thought we would finish, on which I posted that our 1st team is top 6 but our squad is 11 - 20. I stand by that especially in light of recent friendlies. We’ve got some decent options from the bench but not enough. Like all our previous Championship campaigns, injuries are key. It will be sad to see some of our squad go but we have to be ruthless if we want to improve the squad and challenge at the top end. COYB

You’re spot on. And every club will have hope and ambition before the season starts. Not every club has Kieran McKenna and the backing of Mark Ashton and Gamechanger. We should be capable of top ten but there are a lot of teams thinking the same. One thing we can rely on; it won’t be boring. Those horrible days are long gone.
