Good win considering the break and away against one of the better sides in the Championship. I always felt it would be a bit ropey coming back off of the break and postponement but an away win is fantastic even if we weren’t our best for the 90. It puts some more distance between us and Leeds United, thankfully Preston has also turned the heat up on them tonight as well.

It’s probably an unpopular opinion but I think come the transfer window we should be taking a look at another centre forward with some Championship experience to swap in for Hirst as and when required. Once Hirst was tanked tonight and the replacements came on we looked half as likely to score again.
