I don't know where to start... 22:15 - Dec 30 with 375 views_clive_baker_

Wow. I don't think I'll sleep well after that, I'm still pumped. So much pride watching us fronting up to Chelsea like that, they're a very very good side and we didn't cower 1 iota. I love the level of housery we showed when we needed to, but the quality at times too. How street wise we are, disciplined, well organised, hard to play against. The crowd was right up for it as well. The little things like being perfectly happy for them to kick off at us and each other and waste time, knowing the clock was ticking away, the game management on and off the pitch. All the things I wished we were for so long down in L1 when we had a bigger budget, we weren't. Now we very much are and it proved more than a leveller tonight against a quality opponent.

Chelsea had a lot of the ball but so much of it was in front of our back line, we very rarely got out of shape. A clean sheet off the back of conceding a solitary goal at the Emirates, we looked so well organised. O'Shea absolutely superb. Woolfy and Greaves too deserve a pint tonight. Burns put in a proper shift, Omari too has some engine and his work off the ball is unreal.

As for Liam Delap, that's one of the best centre forward displays I've seen from a Town player in years, especially given the quality of the opposition. Genuinely, I don't think its an exaggeration. Not just the goal and assist but his running power and movement is frighteningly good and his ability to relieve the pressure. I only wish we had 2 of him.

Savour these days (nights). We might well go down, who knows, but if we do it certainly won't be for a lack of fight and effort, and that's all I ever ask as a supporter.
