Lowestoft Town FC 25/26 kit vote 12:09 - Feb 23 with 2091 viewsBLUEBEAT

I would suggest voting for No.2 as it would annoy their budgie supporting element a little more than the others…

I wouldn't spit on that club. They gave me and friends dogs abuse when we bumped into to them in a service station, when we asked how they got kn. All because we were Town fans. So they can go and f*** themselves and shove their shirts where sun doesnt shine. Their yellow SCUM, the lot of em

Yeah you mention it every time Lowestoft gets a mention.

Plenty of ITFC fans follow them, actually.

PS. Hope you guys are OK now đź«‚

Were they Norwich fans who also support Lowestoft or were they Lowestoft fans who dislike all local rivals?

They are mostly Norwich fans who support Lowestoft, didn't always used to be the case Lowestoft were a good Town supporting place.

But their younger generations got caught up with the Norfolk lots success...as our star wained and it is what it is now :(

So I wouldn't expect much more from them thesdays.

I quite like kit 4.

Lowestoft are my "2nd team" and they arguably have more connections with Town than the Budgies. Terry Butcher is club president, their former chairman used to be a Town season ticket holder before joining the LTFC board, they have had George Burley and Russell Osman down for "evening with" fundraisers (none from Norwich) and have had numerous loanees from us over the years (Harry Barbrook being a notable success this season). Like most border towns, the Ipswich/Norwich supporter split is about 50/50 but our 20+ years out of the Prem had an obvious negative effect on the balance of support but there are def more Blue shirts in the Town now then 3-4 years ago.

I concur. I used to live near Crown Meadow.
Inspite of the fact that Norwich is 20 miles closer than Ipswich the pull that is "Suffolk" is stronger. Most of Lowstuff is totally Blue.

Leiston are my second team, but good to see both sides are blue home kit. Shame Leiston sport a yellow away kit.

Not sure of the balance at Leiston, I think the majority are anti both Ipswich & Norwich tbh! But a balance of Norwich & Ipswich links in the staff. Supporting them at a time when Darren Eadie was manager and the Jarvis brothers were playing was tricky....!

We take on Ipswich loanees though and took on Chris Casement recently.

Me too. Living in the town I know more Lowestoft supporters who are also Ipswich fans.
