In some ways I'm quite looking forward to going into every game home and away feeling we may win. This Yr has been quite deflating with only one home win all season. A rebuild of our central midfield and a striker to replace the outgoing Delap are our priority. Whoever is manager hope it's sorted early so they can sort the squad out. We can come back stronger but certainly need bigger more physical players in certain positions far to lightweight at premier league level.

We’ve clearly recruited well for the championship next season and expect the plan would always have been (if relegated) about attacking the championship in 2025/26 before hopefully building better and stronger for another crack at the prem. We do so much well and clearly aren’t a million miles away from really competing with bottom half prem clubs. So if we do go down let’s go down swinging and keep that fight going into next season.
Is it over yet? Course not, you never know but if we are relegated, we should hold our heads up high and plan for the next big fight. COYB!
