Price Not Right?
Price Not Right?

A report yesterday afternoon has prompted speculation that Town keeper Lewis Price is carrying an injury. Wales have called Burnley glovesman Danny Coyne into their squad for the friendly with Northern Ireland next week, reportedly as cover for the Town stopper.

The BBC claimed Coyne's addition was due to fitness concerns over Price, although other sources refer to the Clarets keeper and Gillingham's Andrew Crofts having been added as cover for a number of players carrying knocks.

Price recently missed out on the away FA Cup tie at Chester due to a minor strain, but has played in all of Town's subsequent games. The keeper was not mentioned amongst the Blues' injury concerns at the club's pre-match briefing on Friday.
