Striker Billy Clarke has been named in the Republic of Ireland U21 squad for a friendly with Holland in Venlo on Tuesday, 27th March. Clarke won his first U21 cap in last month's game against Slovakia at the Madeira tournament.

Also in the squad are former Town trialist John Paul Kelly, now with Bohemians in the Eircom League, and Bristol City defender Richard Keogh, who was a schoolboy in the Blues' academy and was a ballboy during Town's years in the Premiership.

Previously, Michael Synnott, Shane Supple and Owen Garvan received calls into the U21 squad but none are included this time around. Synnott is currently out of action with an ankle injury sustained at the Madeira Tournament where he won his first U21 cap.
