![]() Monday, 4th Jun 2007 09:40 Winger Jaime Peters was left out of an experimental Canada U20 side which lost 4-1 to the US on Sunday. Coach Dale Mitchell fielded a number of his fringe players, leaving Peters and other key members of his squad on the sidelines. Town and other clubs reportedly asked if their players could be rested for the game, the first of two friendlies against the US. The second match is on Wednesday. The games are part of Canada's preparations for this month's FIFA U20 World Cup which they are hosting. The Canada Soccer Association is sponsored by Yahoo and video profiles of the U20 squad are available online. You can view Peters talking about his move to Town, the FIFA U20 World Cup and much more here. Meanwhile, Lewis Price was not involved as Wales drew 0-0 with the Czech Republic at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday, while Chris Casement's Northern Ireland U21s won 1-0 in Moldova on Friday.
