Midfielder Sylvain Legwinski has remained at Portman Road to work on his fitness rather than travelling to Belgium with the rest of the squad for Tuesday's friendly at Royal Antwerp. The 17-man party departed for Belgium by train earlier today.

Boss Jim Magilton told the club site: "Sylvain was going to come with us to Belgium but we feel that he will benefit more from staying at the club and spending three days working hard with the fitness coach than two days travelling."
