 Friday, 17th Aug 2007 13:15 Defender Alex Bruce is on standby for the Republic of Ireland squad playing a friendly with Denmark in Aarhus next Wednesday. Bruce won his first full Irish cap in a friendly with Ecuador during the Ireland squad's tour of the US in the summer.
