![]() Wednesday, 29th Aug 2007 18:28 Chief executive Derek Bowden has revealed that the blues have agreed a fee with Brighton and Hove Albion for midfielder George O'Callaghan. Bowden told the club site: "We have agreed a fee with Brighton for George and have given them permission to speak to him about personal terms." O'Callaghan signed an 18-month deal with Town in January which ends in June 2008. It is likely that the fee is in the region of £100,000. The former Cork City midfielder is understood to want more first team chances and therefore a drop down a division may appeal. The Seagulls have also been linked with a move for O'Callaghan's Town teammate Matt Richards, who is currently out of Jim Magilton's plans, while Dean Bowditch has also been mentioned in connection with a move to the Withdean Stadium.
