Town's U18 side continued their winless start to the season, losing 2-1 at MK Dons on Saturday morning. Striker Craig Calver scored Town's goal during the first half with the Blues already two goals down.

In the last minute of the match, an MK Dons defender was shown a straight red card for headbutting Town striker Jack Ainsley.

U18s: Plummer (Ward 80), Clemo, Robinson, C Williams (Lambe 70), Watson, Fenn, Upson, Reason, Calver (Barrett 55), Ainsley and Tooms. Unused: Hyam.

Town's U16s recorded their second consecutive 4-1 victory — this time against their MK Dons counterparts. Two goals from Dan Easlea and one from Luke Hyam sent the young Blues in 3-0 up at half-time, before Billy Clark and an MK Dons strike completed the scoring in the second half.

U16s: Ward (Traveller), Austin, Dunbar, Eastman (Westcott), Whittaker, Hyam, Brown (Capocci), Clark, Matthews, Wickham and Easlea (Shulver).
