Billy Clarke has thrown off the effects of an injury for the Irish U21s to play against England tomorrow night. He joins fellow Town player Owen Garvan in the starting eleven.

It was thought originally that Billy would miss Town's match at QPR on Saturday, but he's set win his fifth cap, and Garvan his third at this level.
