![]() Monday, 29th Oct 2007 19:32 Former Fulham striker Steve Marlet is a late addition to the Town reserve side facing Luton at Portman Road this evening. The ex-France international started the game in the number 10 shirt. Marlet was on trial with the Blues a fortnight ago and did enough to be offered a further spell in which to impress manager Jim Magilton. The Town boss was keen to see the one-time £11.5 million man in match action. Since his previous spell with the Blues, the 33-year-old, released by French club Lorient at the end of last season, has been in Spain where he had already arranged trials with a La Liga club and a side from the Spanish second division.
