![]() Sunday, 2nd Nov 2008 10:02 Town's only mention in Sunday's tabloids is a claim that Alan Curbishley is being lined up to replace Jim Magilton. According to the story, the current Blues boss has lost the dressing room and the ex-Charlton and West Ham manager has already been sounded out by Town. Although rumours have linked Curbishley with the Blues consistently since he left the Hammers in September, Town owner Marcus Evans only gave Jim Magilton his firm backing as recently as Tuesday of last week. Chief executive Derek Bowden has similarly stated that Magilton's job is not in question on a number of occasions.
