Danny Haynes is back in full training after recovering from the abductor strain which has kept him out of the last couple of games. The striker or midfielder picked up the injury in a practice match late last month.

Physio Matt Byard told the club site: "Danny came through his first day back in full training today.

"He has been working with the club's fitness coach Simon Thadani for a while and has pushed on from there."

On-loan striker Billy Clarke is being looked after at Playford Road at the moment having been forced off just after half-time during Darlington's 0-0 FA Cup draw with Droylsden last Saturday.

Byard says the Irish youngster, who looks set to leave the Blues permanently in January, has a hamstring injury: "He will be with us for treatment.

"He has torn a hamstring and we will scan him early next week and work from there."

Meanwhile, Doncaster have a doubt over left-back Gareth Roberts, who also has a hamstring injury.

Donny physio John Dickens said: "Gareth picked up the injury in the Sheffield Wednesday game at the weekend and has been having daily treatment. I would say that Gareth is probably 50-50 at this stage.”

Dutch defender Jos Van Nieuwstadt is definitely out, again with a hamstring problem, while Sean McDaid has a knee injury.
