![]() Tuesday, 18th Nov 2008 11:50 Midfielder David Norris yesterday met with Phil and Amanda Peak, the parents of the boys killed in the crash which led to former Plymouth keeper Luke McCormick going to jail, to apologise in person for his goal celebration at Blackpool. A Town spokesman said the midfielder travelled to Manchester along with two members of the club's staff: "David spent an hour with Phil and Amanda Peak in Manchester and apologised to the family. He appreciated the opportunity to do that.†Norris had previously apologised publicly and was fined two weeks' wages by the Blues for the ‘handcuffs' gesture which caused a national outcry.
