![]() Wednesday, 19th Nov 2008 10:13 Amanda Peak, the mother of the two boys killed in the road crash which led to ex-Plymouth keeper Luke McCormick going to jail, has called for a line to be drawn under the controversy regarding David Norris's goal celebration at Blackpool. Norris apologised to Mrs Peak and her husband Phil in person in Manchester on Monday. Mrs Peak says the meeting should mark the end of the furore surrounding Norris's ‘handcuffs' message to friend and former team-mate McCormick: "It went well. He just apologised for the upset that he had caused. It was nice to talk to him and I feel a lot better for it. "It is hard not to like somebody when they are a nice person, which he is. It has drawn a line under the incident with us and if it has with us, then it should with everybody else.â€Â
