![]() Wednesday, 26th Nov 2008 15:58 Town midfielder David Norris has been charged with improper conduct by the FA in relation to his goal celebration at Blackpool. The former Plymouth man has asked for a personal hearing. The FA's Regulatory Commission will hear the case on Thursday when Norris with travel to Soho Square with club secretary Sally Webb. Norris has already been fined two weeks' wages by the Blues after the crossed wrists gesture which was intended as a private message to imprisoned former Plymouth team-mate Luke McCormick.
