Billy Clarke missed out on making his debut for new loan club Brentford in front of Sky's cameras this evening after their game at Dagenham and Redbridge was postponed at the last minute due to floodlight failure.

Bees boss Andy Scott said the power problems weren't limited to the ground: "There is a local substation with a power cut. It's a bad cut and it's in the whole area.

"Dagenham have done everything they could, it's just very, very unfortunate."

Clarke, who joined Brentford on loan until the end of the season over the weekend, had been named on the bench for the League Two leaders.
