 Wednesday, 1st Apr 2009 08:45 Academy striker Ronan Murray made his first appearance for the Republic of Ireland U19s yesterday afternoon as they drew 1-1 in a friendly with Slovakia in Bratislava. Murray was introduced as a 76th minute substitute. The young Irish side face the same opposition again on Thursday, again in Bratislava.
