![]() Monday, 6th Apr 2009 16:52 Giovani Dos Santos and Jon Walters both trained with the Blues today and could be involved in Town's Easter fixtures. Dos Santos has been out with a groin injury, while Walters was initially expected to be unavailable for the rest of the season with ruptured ankle ligaments. Assistant manager John Gorman told the club site that the Mexican international has returned to the Blues having been assessed by Tottenham's medical staff: "Gio is back with us and that's good news." "He did some light work with fitness coach [Simon Thadani] because the injury is still niggling him a bit and we will see how he goes this week before we know if he will be fit for the Easter games. "Jon Walters trained with us today as well and he's making a great improvement." Boss Jim Magilton said at the end of last week that he was hopeful that Walters could be back in action during the Easter period.
