![]() Thursday, 4th Jun 2009 09:48 Town's reserves will again compete in the Football Combination East Division in 2009/10. The new season will see the return of Norwich City to the 10-team league. Former Canaries boss Glenn Roeder pulled them out of the league last year feeling that it was uncompetitive. Town stayed but fielded younger sides having won the division at a canter in the previous two seasons and as a consequence finished fourth. In addition to the Blues and the Canaries, the rest of the league comprises of Colchester United, Northampton Town, Stevenage Borough, Luton Town, Watford, Wycombe Wanderers, Southend United and Peterborough United. The Football Combination is also introducing a new U21 cup.
