![]() Monday, 27th Jul 2009 09:32 Town's reserves have drawn Leiston at home in the first round of the Suffolk Premier Cup. The Blues returned to the competition after a long absence in 2006/07, carrying off the trophy in their first season back. The tie will be played on October 13th or 14th and may be a rare evening reserves kick-off with the club moving league games to Wednesday afternoon starts this season. The Blues second string are in pre-season friendly action this evening against Debenham LC at their Maitlands ground (KO 7.45pm). Suffolk Premier Cup First Round: Kirkley and Pakefield v Lowestoft Town, Ipswich Town v Leiston, Haverhill Rovers v Newmarket Town, Hadleigh Utd v Felixstowe and Walton Utd, Debenham LC v Bury Town, Woodbridge Town v AFC Sudbury, Needham Market v Mildenhall Town.
