Club Urges Patience
Club Urges Patience
Tuesday, 17th Jul 2001 09:09

Fans have been urged to remain patient as the long task of organising the re-arranged ticket allocation goes on. Fans will begin to receive their season tickets next week and should allow until August 6th for delivery.

North Stand fans will find out their new South Stand seats when they receive their tickets, but these should roughly equate to where they sat in the North. The club has attempted to move the North en bloc and everyone should therefore be in familiar company.

The lucky 2000 Waiting List members will start to get calls allocating them their seats tomorrow. The club says: "We understand how eager people are to hear and we will make sure we have sufficient people working on it to make sure it is done properly. We will have suitable numbers of staff working on it."

Town have issued a denial that Patrik Berger is the 'top international' they are in talks with. This rumour seems to have started as a particularly transparent spoof posting on the Message Board last week and shows how far these things can go.

We're reliably informed the player is actually Rivaldo.
