 Monday, 26th Nov 2001 12:05 Rivals.net and the 365 Corporation have announced that they are to combine their on-line businesses. The new venture combines 365 sites Football365, Planet Rugby, Cricket365 and Planet-F1 with the Chrysalis-owned Rivals.net, of which TWTD is a part. The two firms will appoint two non-executive directors each and £2 million is being pumped into the new venture. TWTD should not be affected by the new situation.
