Town are keeping tabs on Brighton and Hove Albion centre-half Lewis Dunk, according to a tabloid report. Dunk is also linked with Bristol City with reports over the weekend claiming the Robins had had an approach rebuffed by the Seagulls.

The 21-year-old, who was also recently mentioned in connection with Blackburn, came through the ranks at his hometown club, making his Albion debut in May 2010.

Since then the £1 million-rated 6ft 3in tall right-sided central defender — who once received a call into an England U21 squad — has made 49 starts and four sub appearances, but is yet to score. a goal This season, however, he has played only eight times.
