Kiwomya Off to the States?
Kiwomya Off to the States?

Ex-Town striker Chris Kiwomya could be on his way to the MLS when their new season starts later in the year. The goal hero of the early nineties has been playing for Thomas Gaardsøe's old club AaB Aalborg in Denmark, but with the Danish season over he's looking for a new club.

The Tampa Bay Mutiny are favourites to sign the former Arsenal man, although they are embroiled in a battle for their own survival at the moment.

The Mutiny may be forced out of business if they fail to find a buyer in the near future. They and two other clubs are wholly owned by the MLS, a situation the league wish to end.

Since leaving Town for Arsenal Kiwomya has had spells in Malaysia and with QPR. Last summer he had a trial spell at Motherwell before moving on to Denmark.
