Mings Replaces Cresswell Saturday, 12th Apr 2014 14:35 Tyrone Mings replaces Aaron Cresswell in an otherwise unchanged side as the Blues take on Doncaster Rovers at Portman Road. Cresswell was considered a doubt with the groin injury which forced him off during the second half of Tuesday’s 2-0 win at Huddersfield, although was expected to be OK to take his regular place at left-back. The Liverpudlian's absence ends a run of 25 successive league games with an unchanged back four. Rovers include one-time Town targets James Coppinger and Billy Sharp, and former trialist Abdoulaye Meite. Another former Blues trialist Bongani Khumalo and ex-loanee Richie Wellens miss out due to knee and foot injuries respectively. Town: Gerken, Chambers (c), Berra, Smith, Mings, Skuse, Hyam, Anderson, Hunt, Williams, Murphy. Subs: Loach, Richardson, Wordsworth, Green, Tabb, Ebanks-Blake, Nouble. Doncaster: Johnstone, Quinn, Meite, Tamas, Husband, Furman, Keegan (c), Coppinger, Cotterill, Brown, Sharp. Subs: Maxted, Duffy, McCullough, De Val, Robinson, Middleton, Stevens. Referee: Graham Scott (Oxfordshire).
