![]() Wednesday, 13th Feb 2002 13:48 Town legend and Radio Suffolk stalwart Kevin Beattie is to take a small number of coaching sessions at Carlisle United over the next few weeks. Beattie's hometown club see his experience at the top level as something that can help their squad. United manager Roddy Collins said of the Beat: "Kevin was a superb player in his day and if he pass over some of hs knowledge to the lads it's bound to benefit them." Beattie is currently manager of local Ipswich side Sophlogic.
