Town boss Mick McCarthy has named a strong starting line-up for this evening’s friendly at Cambridge United (KO 7.45pm).

Christophe Berra is involved in his first friendly of pre-season and starts, while David McGoldrick is also at the Abbey Stadium and is likely to be involved in the second half.

Cambridge: Trialist, Omozusi, Roberts, Legge, Corr, Dunk, Simpson, Morrissey, L Hughes, J Hughes, Newton.

Town: Bialkowski, Chambers, Tabb, Bru, Smith, Berra, Maitland-Niles, Skuse, Pitman, Sears, Fraser.

bluefeast added 20:58 - Jul 21 we need right and left full backs and quick ,allow the centre pairing to stop getting dragged around. Another ball winning type in midfield too as we only have skude.
