Oar and U21 Trio Could Win Caps
Monday, 16th Nov 2015 22:25

Blues winger Tommy Oar will be hoping to add to his 27 caps and two international goals when Australia face Bangladesh in a World Cup qualifier in Dhaka on Tuesday morning.

Oar was an unused sub for the Socceroos' comfortable 3-0 victory over Kyrgyzstan in Canberra on Thursday.

The Australians are currently second in their qualification group, one point behind leaders Jordan.

Meanwhile on Tuesday evening, central defender Josh Yorwerth could win his fifth Wales U21 cap and keeper Michael Crowe his first when the side coached by ex-Blues midfielder Geraint Williams faces Romania at The Racecourse, Wrexham in a Euro 2017 qualifier.

Elsewhere, winger Dylan Connolly could win his 10th cap when the Republic of Ireland U21s take on Norway in a friendly at the RSC in Waterford.
