Bialkowski in Team of the Week

Town keeper Bartosz Bialkowski has been named in the Sky Bet Football League Team of the Week for his display in the Blues’ 1-0 win at Huddersfield on Saturday.

The Pole has been in sensational form since coming into the side five games ago following Dean Gerken’s shoulder injury, winning the TWTD Man of the Match award in each of the last four fixtures.

Should have been in our 'team of the week' for an awful lot longer than he has.

But, as MM said today - unfortunately, yes unfortunately !!! (his own words) .... he has two 'fantastic keepers'.

Very reluctant, but has no choice - to give Bart the praise he deserves.
I guess, most Managers have their favourites, to some degree - but MM is the obvious Champion at that, as well as Hoofball of course.

Maybe somewhat sarcastic - but who can justifiably deny any of this ....... ??

Bluebell added 17:58 - Feb 29 Well done Bart and well deserved. If it wasn't for him our goal difference could be a lot worse. We would definitely have lost on Saturday without his saves. I am pleased Mick has stuck with him even though Gerks is fit again.

Bert added 23:47 - Feb 29 Bart has kept goal very well but so did Gerks . It's not MM who has his favourites, it's supporters on here. Nothing wrong with that but Gerks has his good points too.
