U18s Face Bolton Friday, 18th Mar 2016 10:37 Town’s U18s are in action against Bolton Wanderers at Playford Road on Saturday morning (KO 11am). The young Blues, who won 3-0 away at Sheffield Wednesday last week, are currently sixth in the Professional Development League Two South. Town’s U21s are next in action on Monday when they take on Nottingham Forest at Portman Road (KO 7pm) with striker David McGoldrick and trialist Keiran Morphew both expected to play. Meanwhile, 15-year-old academy right-back or midfielder Kian Ronan has been called into the Gibraltar U17 squad for a development tournament in Cyprus in April. Harlow-based Ronan, who plays for the Town U16s and has been at the club for eight years, qualifies for one of international football’s newer nations as his mother and grandparents were born there.
