Norwegian Fans in Tournament Action Friday, 3rd Jun 2016 16:35 The Ipswich Town Supporters Club of Norway have three teams in action at the annual Supporters’ Cup in Oslo on Saturday. The tournament, which has been run by the Supporterunionen for Britisk Fotball for more than 20 years, is a six-a-side competition involving 40 teams made up of more than 1,000 Norwegian supporters of British clubs. ITSCON are entering three teams, two senior and one junior (10-13 years of age), with some English Blues - including Bury Town striker David Lampshire - having made the trip to augment the sides.  In a first, Ipswich Town 1 are the bookies’ favourites to win their group, which also features West Brom, West Ham and Chelsea 2. Ipswich Town 2 face Tottenham 2, Cheltenham and Aston Villa in their group, while the junior team will come up against Exeter and Liverpool.
