Matt Holland is being linked with a £4 million move to Charlton. The Town skipper is currently away with the Ireland squad in Saipan and missed today's training session with an ankle injury, although Mick McCarthy says he is not worried.

Holland is said to be interesting Manchester City as well as Charlton, but has said that he is happy to stay at Town.

Irish manager Mick McCarthy said that Holland missed training as a precaution along with Jason McAteer.
