Town’s U18s were beaten 3-2 by Burnley at their Barnfield Training Centre earlier today, the young Blues’ first away defeat of the season.

Zak Brown (pictured) scored both Town goals, the second a penalty, as each side ended the match with 10 men, Thomas Hughes having seen red for the Blues for two bookable offences.

Town’s U23s are in action on Monday against Bolton Wanderers at the University of Bolton Stadium (KO 7pm).
