TWTD understands that contrary to reports earlier today Argentinian midfielder Sixto Peralta is not with the Town squad at their team building camp at Goodwood.

According to this morning's claims Peralta had returned to the club in preparation for the season ahead. However, a normally reliable source tells us that Peralta has not yet been back at Portman Road and is definitely not at Goodwood.

Most fans will be disappointed to discover that the report of Peralta's return has proved incorrect. He became a Portman Road hero during his loan spell last season and supporters are keen for him to be part of the side challenging for promotion next season.

Inter's £3 million price-tag looks out of Town's reach at present, but David Sheepshanks has made attempts to re-sign him on another loan spell. However, as of last week, the club had heard nothing from the Italian giants.

As far as TWTD is aware there has been little speculation over the midfielder's future in either the Italian or British press and our source believes he could still be on holiday.
