Tuesday, 23rd Apr 2019 18:11

Town have revealed 400 new season ticket holders have signed up for next year’s League One campaign on their first day of sale with the total overall at 7,818 including renewals and those on the automated Direct Debit scheme.

The Blues announced their season ticket prices for 2019/20 last week with most seats down by an initial 12.5 per cent with further discounts if totals hit the 12,000, 13,000 and 14,000 marks. This season’s total was 10,200.

Personally I think we should look forward to “hopefully” having an enjoyable season ahead.

Said it many times before - could not give a stuff about getting back into the Disney League but am looking forward to playing against clubs where money isn't king.

Ultimately I want us to be a good championship team, challenging for the play-offs & playing attractive football - just like those first few Burley years - i'd be perfectly happy with that again.

Roll on August.

I agree with all the great positive posts, following a football team is a journey which has many twists and turns, the players are our players, so support them, the manager is our manager, so support him, the owner is our owner, so support him.
To even assume that professional footballers who rely on the sport for their living will compete as strongly now that relegation is confirmed is churlish in the extreme bearing in mind it is nothing but a dead rubber they are playing in, next season it is once again all to play for, success, mid table or failure I can't predict but I'll be there to support my team and be totally dejected whenever there is not success.
With regard to Marcus Evans there is no doubt mistakes have been made, Roy Kean, big mistake but I along with the majority of fans of ITFC I thought it was a master stroke and frankly it should have been, but unlucky, it was wrong very wrong along with a few other decisions along the way that at the time seemed ok, but fatalistically we hear all the negative posts who highlight these mistakes as though they would have got it right...total numskulls in general as is their ridiculous opinions that Marcus has some conspiracy to make ITFC fail.
I have to admit these posts and the content therein make me laugh at times especially for those calling for the owner to go!! Quite simply put if he decides to cut his losses he can, and I'm sorry people that, unless someone even more wealthy picks up the reins is the end of ITFC.....

Spread the word, persuade your pals - £350 for that much live entertainment in a year is brilliant value and more importantly, it's ITFC!

A party every week, win or lose, and the club needs us all more than ever.

All our greats, Ramsay, Robson, Burley, would be or are shaking their heads - but they'd ALL still have a twinkle in the eye... and Town fans know why. Because with our little club, anything is possible!

Does anyone know if a season ticket can be used by more than one person? I live in North East and could only make it to a few games but my nephew could do some as well

I have just bought my first ever season ticket with my father-in-law. The club needs our support now more than any time in living memory, possibly ever.

Have signed up for myself and my son. We've watched for the last 8 years in the East of England stand and only saw two victories this year. However, we are true fans and won't just walk out on our family. When things are tough, that's when you pull together.
