 Wednesday, 14th Aug 2002 15:58 The Club has announced that for the first three home games of the season the North Stand upper tier will run at a reduced capacity. The two bookends will not be open for toilet and refreshment facilities, but additional facilities will be made available. By the Norwich match on September 15th the stand should be nearing completion with full seating capacity and the bar facility open in the bookend between the North and Cobbold stands.
