![]() Friday, 21st Mar 2003 08:32 Town manager Joe Royle has revealed that Portsmouth have enquired about central defender Hermann Hreidarsson. The Icelander is currently injured after receiving a gash to the thigh in the game against Stoke. Royle says that Portsmouth's interest in Hreidarsson would not be follwed through until the summer: "Portsmouth have been in touch but nothing has been agreed. Hermann will not be fit for another three or four weeks so Portsmouth would be buying him with a view to next season."
