Burgess’ first goal came at a crucial time. Deserves the man of the match nomination

Burgess a 9...you cruel and cynical people.

Burgess tbh couldn't do much about either goal. Walton's stunning save was pivotal. They were just building up steam trying to get the equaliser and if visibly deflated them

Ive always said Burgess is a centre forward a natural finisher.

Poor George marked down again. Luckily KM appreciates the value of his tireless running in wearing down opponents so we can take advantage in the second half.

What a difference a day makes. It looked like they had all played together at last - wasnt perfect but getting there. Burgess, bless him, was on a hatrick! jack Clarke was devestating and WAlton made decisive saves ingoal. jacob Greaves was cool, calm and collected for the first time this season. The twelth man sang through the whole match and deafened the welsh choir boys.
