This means he will definitely be available for the Blues on Saturday at Spurs. It is exptected that he will be paraded at a press conference later in the day. Mark Venus is back in training after injuring his ankle again in the match with Fiorentina last week. The man who is likely to lose his regular spot to Hermann Hreidarsson said: "It went a bit stiff and sore. I lost a bit of movement in it, but it’s got a lot better." Town's other player who underwent an operation over the summer, Richard Naylor is still not back in training. He suffered a setback last week, but is close to starting some running soon. Town's second goal Wembley hero said: "A bit of reaction was expected. Things never go that smoothly. I’ve not lost too much ground."
