Midfielder Ian Westlake is the latest Town player to be hit by a flu bug ahead of Saturday's FA Cup clash with Derby County. Already John McGreal and Tommy Miller are on the sidelines due to the illness and all three are doubts ahead of the visit of George Burley's side.

Manager Joe Royle has said on a number of occasions that he will make a few changes to his side for the FA Cup game, but his plans may have been changed by the flu bug.

Miller looked likely to come into the midfield while McGreal was in the frame to return to the back four.

With Westlake probably out of contention Dutch midfielder Martijn Reuser looks likely to make his first start since mid-August.

Up front, youngster Dean Bowditch could well get his second senior start.

Midfielder Jermaine Wright picked up a foot injury during last week's loss to Crystal Palace, however he was due to return to training on Thursday.
