![]() Tuesday, 2nd Mar 2004 10:46 A transfer involving former Town player and scout Romeo Zondervan is being investigated by the Dutch FA. The ex-Blue is the agent of Collins John who recently joined Fulham from FC Twente, however, it is alleged that Zondervan is not properly registered with FIFA. Zondervan became an agent after stepping down as Town's European scout in 2002. In his role with the Blues he had recommended Gus Uhlenbeek, Bobby Petta, Fabian Wilnis, Martijn Reuser and Marco Holster. The KNVB, Holland's FA, are investigating the John deal and according to their spokesman Frank Huizenga will take action if any infraction is discovered: "If rules have been broken then it is a case for the prosecutor."
