![]() Thursday, 20th Jan 2005 09:21 Winger Jaime Peters, who last week committed his future to Town, is in the Canadian U20 squad for matches in Honduras next week. The tournament is Group B of CONCACAF's final qualifying for the FIFA World Youth Championship which will be held in Holland in June and July. Canada will face the hosts, Jamaica and Mexico at the Estadio Francisco Morazan in San Pedro Sula, the matches played between January 26th and 30th. The Canadians take on Mexico next Wednesday, Honduras on the following Friday and then Jamaica on the Sunday. As well as Peters, the squad includes striker Cam Wilson, who was on trial with the Blues at the same time and who scored in a reserves pre-season friendly against Histon. The 18-year-old has since joined Bristol City's youth set-up. Peters, 17, is unable to officially sign with for Town until his 18th birthday in May, due to visa issues.
