The club have announced ticket details for our forthcoming play-off semi-final matches with West Ham United.

The away leg at Upton Park will be on Saturday 14th May with a kick-off of 12.15pm. Away match passport holders will have their tickets sent to them automatically. The priority system for the remaining tickets is as follows:

Gold club members can claim their tickets on Monday 9th (2pm - 8pm) and Tuesday 10th May (9am - 8pm).
Season ticket holders on Wednesday 11th May (9am - 8pm).
Silver club members on Thursday 12th May (9am - 8pm).
General sale on Friday 13th May (9am - 8pm).

The above times are for personal callers to the Portman Road ticket office and telephone sales to the new ticket office phone number of 0870 111 0 555.

The home leg will be played Wednesday 18th May with a kick-off of 7.45pm. As West Ham have requested 15% of the capacity, season ticket holders in Cobbold Stand blocks A and B will need to arrange alternative seating.

The tickets for the home leg will be treated like a cup match, thus season ticket holders will have their seats reserved until 8am on Monday 16th May. Season ticket holders who elected to pay in advance for cup matches will have their tickets sent automatically.

Season ticket holders can reserve their seats tomorrow morning from 9am - 8pm. Personal callers will need to go to the Constantine Road ticket office for home leg tickets and phone sales on 0870 111 0 555. During the first week an additional call centre is being used and a booking fee of £1.50 will be added per ticket.

Silver card holders can purchase tickets from Thursday 12th May (9am - 8pm) till Saturday (9am - Noon). Any remaining tickets will go on general sale from Monday 16th May.
